The Challenge
This Arizona Regional School District, one of Arizona’s largest public school systems, faced growing concerns over campus security—particularly at buildings with large exterior windows vulnerable to forced entry. District leaders sought a proactive solution to protect students, staff, and property while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across school sites. Any upgrades would need to be non-disruptive, cost-effective, and compatible with a positive educational environment. The goal was clear: fortify facilities without compromising the character of the campus.

Frustrated, the intruders redirected their efforts toward an unprotected administration building nearby, where they gained access and caused considerable damage. The contrast between outcomes was stark—and validating.
